There are two proposed comprehensive State Operating Permits for the Mirant Potomac River Generating Station. The first proposed permit assumes the current five-stack configuration and expands upon the June 1, 2007, permit by including all pollutants. The second proposed permit assumes the five stacks have been reconfigured into two stacks (stack merge).
